Wearing my two hats of shrink and musician, I continue to explore how music affects our consciousness and elicits emotions. Music as a medium for trance and other altered states of consciousness.
What do YOU seek when listening to music?

I submitted a composition for a contest organized by UJAM: create a soundtrack for a trailer. My first attempt on this kind of exercises. It was real fun to make. And I’m impressed by the other contestants’ work!

I’m finally working on tracks including my voice. Continuing to explore mainly electronic vibes with a touch of my voice to add humanity.
The first I wanted to share is this off-beat waltzy light pulsing piece: breathe. Listen to it on your favorite platform.
More coming.

I continue releasing tracks on Soundcloud regularly. The latest, misty forest, will be distributed as a single next week.
Edit: the single is out and available on your favorite platform.
Being new to the whole “business” part of music, I’m trying to understand what I’m supposed to do. I have the feeling I’ll mostly be preaching in the desert. That’s peaceful, if anything.

Until now, it seemed obvious to me that my music was the product of an inner travel that could only be done in the safe environment of my bedroom studio. But it becomes more and more clear that I want to confront myself with an audience. Even more, that I want to improvise music based on public input. Still a lot of reflection and work to do, but I’m thrilled of this new perspective! Let me know what you think about it!

You can listen to my second album, “one_lightyear” on your favourite streaming platform. Or, if you like it, buy it on Bandcamp.
I have been looking for something, in any thing. I didn’t know what I was looking for. But I found it, here and there. For about seven minutes, each time, I tried to convey what I experienced.
Creative constraint: all tracks are about seven minutes long. 🙂
Any feedback is welcome.
